The Soul of Social Media™

A 3-Part Live Beta Experience on Visibility, Resistance, Authenticity, and Sharing Your Work Online

What if your resistance to social media isn’t laziness, confusion, or lack of discipline?

Most social media advice focuses on tactics: hooks, hashtags, captions, posting schedules, trends, platforms, algorithms.

All of that can be useful.

But if you’ve taken the courses, watched the videos, downloaded the checklists, and still find yourself avoiding the camera — then maybe the real issue isn’t information.

Maybe the real issue is visibility.

Maybe it’s authenticity.

Maybe it’s the discomfort of being seen.

And maybe social media isn’t just a marketing challenge.

Maybe it’s a soul challenge.

I'm Ready To Be Seen

The Problem:

You Don't Have to Sell Your Soul to Social Media

This live beta experience is for people who know they need — or want — to be more visible online, but feel resistance.

Maybe you’re a writer, coach, artist, teacher, healer, entrepreneur, wellness professional, or creative person with work to share.

Maybe you know social media matters, but something in you recoils from it.

You don’t want to become fake.

You don’t want to chase trends.

You don’t want to perform a version of yourself that feels hollow.

You don’t want to become a gerbil on a content treadmill.

You want to share your work.

You want to be seen.

You want to reach people.

But you want to do it with integrity.

That’s what The Soul of Social Media™ is about.

You Might Have Seen Me In...

(And Over 100 Other Media Outlets)

I’ve been fortunate to share my work through national television, magazines, major wellness platforms, books, courses, and live events.

But the strange truth is: some of that felt easier than making a simple social media video alone in my living room. That question — why this kind of visibility feels so exposing — is part of what inspired this course.

My Story:

Over the years, I’ve helped thousands of students navigate change, creativity, money, purpose, yoga, and personal transformation.

I’ve also lived much of my professional life in public — through books, national media, online courses, interviews, videos, live events, and collaborations with major wellness brands.

And here’s what I’ve learned:

Being visible is rarely just a marketing issue.

It brings up identity.
Appearance.
Comparison.
Fear of judgment.
Perfectionism.
The desire to be authentic — and the fear of being misunderstood.

That is the deeper territory we’ll explore in The Soul of Social Media™.

This Is Not a Course About Beating the Algorithm

This is not a tactical course on how to grow your following.

This is not about becoming an influencer.

This is not about “crushing it” online.

This is a deeper exploration of what social media brings up in us:

  • the fear of being seen
  • discomfort with our appearance
  • perfectionism
  • comparison
  • jealousy
  • feeling behind
  • fear of being cringe
  • fear of being ignored
  • resentment about having to do this at all
  • the pressure to be constantly available, visible, and interesting
  • the challenge of sharing your gifts without abandoning yourself

Here's What We'll Cover

Session 1

Resistance to Being Seen

Why posting can feel so vulnerable. The fear of being judged, ignored, misunderstood, mocked, or exposed. The difference between visibility and performance. Why being seen online can activate old patterns around worth, appearance, approval, and belonging.

Session 2

Comparison, Perfectionism, and the Appearance Trap

The strange emotional weather of social media: envy, inadequacy, jealousy, self-criticism, and the feeling that everyone else is doing it better. We’ll look at perfectionism, the fear of being cringe, discomfort with our face/body/voice/home, and the fantasy that we must become someone else in order to succeed.

Session 3

Authenticity, Consistency & Integrity

How to find your own way of showing up. Not a formula. Not a persona. A real relationship with sharing. We’ll explore consistency as devotion rather than punishment, authenticity without oversharing, and how to create from a place that feels connected rather than forced.

What You'll Receive:

  • 3 live interactive sessions with Edward

  • Recordings of all sessions

  • Reflection prompts after each session

  • Time for live Q&A and discussion

  • Permanent access to the recordings

  • A chance to be part of the founding beta as this material develops

This is not a massive, overproduced course.

It is a live exploration of a very real modern problem — and a new way of relating to it.

I'M READY FOR DEEPER SUPPORT

This is For You If...

You know you need to be more visible, but you keep avoiding it.

You’ve taken marketing or social media courses, but still feel blocked.

You don’t want to become fake, slick, or performative.

You compare yourself to others and then shut down.

You feel uncomfortable being on camera.

You have work to share, but you don’t know how to share it without feeling exposed.

You want to use social media with more authenticity, integrity, and ease.

This is Not For You If...

You only want algorithm hacks.

You want a guaranteed follower-growth formula.

You’re looking for a technical tutorial on every platform.

You want someone to tell you exactly what to post every day.

This is not that.

This is about the inner work beneath the outer work.

A Few Questions You May Have:

What Students Are Saying
About Edward’s Other Courses
:

Why This Matters:

For many of us, social media has become the front door to our work.

But no one taught us how strange that would feel.

No one told the writer, the healer, the artist, the coach, the teacher, the introvert, the sensitive person, or the spiritually serious person:

“By the way, in order to share your gifts, you may also have to become comfortable being seen by strangers on a tiny glowing screen.”

That is a lot.

So let’s stop pretending this is only about captions.

Let’s stop pretending this is only about consistency.

Let’s stop pretending this is only about knowing the right hook.

Sometimes the real question is:

Can I share my work without abandoning myself?

That is the question at the heart of The Soul of Social Media™.

Join the Adventure

If this speaks to you, I’d love to have you join me.

We’ll explore this live, honestly, and practically — not as people trying to become social media machines, but as people trying to share our work without losing our souls.
